WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All in stock orders are quickly shipped within 2-3 business days.
If your order has not shipped within this time frame, it may be because of:
• Pre-order items
• Items that are not in stock and have an estimated ship date
• Personalized items
• Missing information - check your email!
If your order includes some or any of the items listed above, your entire order will be shipped in full as soon as ALL items are available. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and shipping method and product selected. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES?
You'll never have to pay duties on standard shipping to the US or Canada Orders shipping to international locations may be subject to duties and taxes, which we cannot control. If you have a particular issue reach out to us maybe we can help.

I'M LOCAL! CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We don't have a storefront for local pick-ups but if you live in the Seattle area and need your items ASAP, we just might be able to work something out. If you find yourself in a dull situation and need a sparkly fix, send us a message at email@example.com.
THE TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING!
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
• Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct
• Look for an attempted delivery notice slip near, on or around your door
• Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area behind a bush for example
• Check to see if your significant other or children accepted it
• Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
Olbia Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. If your package is still nowhere to be found, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
Yikes! We're so sorry - we know how much of a downer this is. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects sometimes happen.
If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
You can also ship a package directly to the recipient. Just enter their information in the shipping address upon checkout. Lastly, don't forget to let us know if you'd like us to include a special note or greeting! We love surprises!
THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL IT BE BACK?
Whoops, looks like you missed out! We try our best to keep our best selling pieces in stock, but sometimes, they just move too fast.

If you're lucky, the product will already be available for pre-order so you can purchase and reserve it immediately. This means that the item is guaranteed to make a comeback, and you're guaranteed to get it!

I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMO CODE. IS IT TOO LATE?
If you forgot to use your promotional code when ordering, send us an email within 2 days of placing your order and we'll apply it for you! For all other orders, we will offer a credit for you to use towards your next purchase.

Prices are subject to change at any time. We are happy to offer a one-time price adjustment on your regular priced item(s) up to 7 days after your order is placed.
