RETURNS POLICY


product returnsWe are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a superb shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date when you got your package. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, include gift boxes and velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. On Made to Order items a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Custom projects are non-refundable.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Olbiajewelry.com Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.

 

STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED AT OLBIAJEWELRY.COM:


Please follow our 3 easy steps below:

 

1. OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:


Contact us at customerservice@olbiajewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.

 

2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:


Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

 

3. SHIPPING & INSURANCE:


Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write Olbiajewelry.com or the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
